Priyanka Chopra has signed Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat and will begin shooting in July this year. Priyanka Chopra and director Ali Abbas Zafar have confirmed that the former is the film’s female lead.
And the film will see Salman and Priyanka coming together on the big screen after ten years.
Salman Khan has already kick-started the shoot of this remake of South Korean film, Ode to my Father.
Priyanka told a leading daily, “I’m looking forward to working with Salman and Ali after a considerable time. I’ve learnt a lot from them during our previous collaborations and I am excited to see what this one has to offer. I’m also looking forward to working with Atul, Alvira and the entire team. To all my well-wishers who have been patient and supportive, thank you for your constant support and I’ll see you at the movies.”
